$100 Hart's Fabric Giveaway!

Great news, readers! Hart's Fabric is offering one lucky reader a $100 gift card (with shipping included, no less). They have a lovely selection of garment fabrics online. All you need to do to enter is leave a comment saying which fabric you'd like to use for your next apparel project.

Here, I'll go first!

How about some floral silk knit for a drapey bow-neck top?

Or maybe a 50s-style suit in some iris-colored Shetland wool?

Ooh, or even a cute little dress or pajamas in this tea-cup print linen.

Isn't this fun? Okay, it's your turn! All countries are eligible. Please just make sure I'm somehow able to find your e-mail address (either by linking to your profile or by leaving it in your comment). I'll choose a winner at the end of the day on Wednesday.

Good luck, my dears!

  4. Even though it's so cold right now, the project I'm looking forward to starting most is the Colette Patterns Chantilly. I'm thinking it would look darling in the Yarn-Dyed Cotton Shirting Fabric Plaid Navy Teal or perhaps in Greenfield Hill Voile Fabric Blueberry Mrs Aster.

Thanks so much for this giveaway!

  5. I would chose the Hawaiian Rayon Challis fabric for two reasons. 1) I am getting ready to sew my first dress and the print is perfect for a summer dress and 2) I wanted to line the dress and linked to a woman who made the dress with a lining and she bought her fabric in Hawaii. Serendipity!

However, I haven't worn anything but turtle necked sweaters and jeans for half of forever! So, count me in please!
