I think they are cute, definitely girly with the bow, and I think the color would be good because it's ligher and won't look like it's cutting your leg off at the ankle. <br /><br />I tend to wear more classic shapes with a slight vintage feel (pencil skirts, full skirts) and I feel shoes and accessories are a great way to try out a trend without overhauling your entire wardrobe. I would pair these with a full skirt dress, some bright tights and call it a day.
