Considering you already have that "old Hollywood glam meets rock and roll" look I’d like to see it in a solid color that shows off your tattoos and make that the focal point as if they where jewelry/part of the ensemble. If you must dye, I would color on top with a downward fade so all your garnish will be at one end of the silhouette and your face as the focal point.
