It says to cut the strap in both the contrast fabric and the main fabric, but as far as I can tell, only the contrast fabric is used for the strap. Or am I missing something? Can you provide some guidance? Making this dress for my rehearsal dinner and I want to get it right! Thanks so much! :)Corihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01117156360260347721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3259455441759015869.post-33259192357812978932013-06-09T12:58:40.064-04:002013-06-09T12:58:40.064-04:00thanks admin good blog and text. mirc indir mevlan...thanks admin good blog and text. mirc indir mevlana sözleri kapak sözler abiye modelleri moda sitesi
Siberbackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07964696345098510838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3259455441759015869.post-46123451740109194082013-05-10T18:00:58.699-04:002013-05-10T18:00:58.699-04:00I like how Butterick photoshopped the picture of t...I like how Butterick photoshopped the picture of the dress on their website once they found out they didn't photograph the strap turned down as you intended! ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3259455441759015869.post-86942092605596475472013-04-12T15:27:12.383-04:002013-04-12T15:27:12.383-04:00Just want to congratulate you on your line of patt...Just want to congratulate you on your line of patterns.
I just found out about you and your blog today.
Just wanted to say how beautiful this pattern is as I don't wear dresses hardly(prefer skirts and cute tops). I don't have Gerties expertise,...Dear Geoffrey,
I don't have Gerties expertise, but I would highly recommend starting with a used Singer in good condition. I picked mine up for a song when computerized machines became the rage. True, it only does four different stitches, but I have never found the need for more. It hasn't broken in fifteen years, and I do the maintenance myself. Just like with cars, the less computerized elements, the less to break down. I use it for apparel sewing, mostly vintage, so it fits :) I also repair my husbands canvas camping gear with it, renewing seams and adding patches. Hope you find the perfect machine! You might try a local sew and vac repair, they often have these great older machines.Nora Morrisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05175032416558574885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3259455441759015869.post-65813131524370285472013-02-27T18:15:23.250-05:002013-02-27T18:15:23.250-05:00im looking for a sewing mach. and dont know what t...im looking for a sewing mach. and dont know what to buy i would like to make clothes but my husband wants it for more heavy duty things such as tents and camping gear. do you have any suggestions?GDBStudioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07938355804170585727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3259455441759015869.post-28316595131718001302013-02-27T13:30:25.923-05:002013-02-27T13:30:25.923-05:00I think it looks perfectly beautiful with or witho...I think it looks perfectly beautiful with or without the twist!
